For organisation-managed bookings, we use the minimum personal data needed to administer the booking and related communications.
For workshop delivery and customer communications, the organisation hosting the workshop is responsible for customer-facing booking terms and operations. WorkshopAgent processes personal data needed to operate this platform, including account security, booking administration, and legal record-keeping. Payment processors handle payment data under their own terms when you choose that payment method.
We process booking and account data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, platform security, and service reliability.

Payments are processed by PayPal and, where enabled, any other payment processor shown at checkout under its own terms. We store only the minimum payment metadata required for reconciliation, invoicing, and dispute handling.
