Terms of Service

By using this service, you agree to these terms, including our booking, cancellation, and conduct rules. For workshop bookings, the organisation hosting the workshop is the seller of record and is responsible for the booking you make.

Payments and Processor Terms

Payment services are provided by PayPal for customer payments and, where a workshop or organisation has enabled another payment method, the applicable processor terms will be shown before payment. By paying through the platform you also agree to the applicable customer terms and policies for the payment method you choose.

Refunds and Disputes

Before you pay, we show the workshop-specific refund and cancellation policy that applies to your booking. Your booking confirmation and receipt reference that policy. Where there is a conflict between general site wording and the booking-specific policy shown before payment, the booking-specific policy applies unless applicable law requires otherwise. Disputes may also be subject to payment processor buyer protections where available.

Payment Account Integration (Organisations)

By connecting a payment account to this platform, your organisation agrees to the following:

  • Third-party processor terms. Your organisation remains bound by the payment processor's own terms of service, acceptable use policies, and any other agreements with that processor. Links: PayPal User Agreement.
  • Credential storage. You consent to this platform storing and using your API credentials (encrypted at rest) to process payments on your behalf as an authorised service provider.
  • Seller of Record. Your organisation is the Seller of Record for all transactions processed through your connected account. This platform is not a party to the sale between your organisation and the buyer.
  • Compliance responsibility. Your organisation is responsible for ensuring its use of the payment processor through this platform complies with that processor's terms. Violations (including prohibited goods or services) may result in suspension of your payment integration.
  • Refunds and chargebacks. Your organisation is solely responsible for processing refunds and handling disputes and chargebacks, including any associated fees.
  • Tax obligations. Your organisation is solely responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting all applicable taxes on transactions.
  • No surcharges. You must not charge buyers a fee solely for choosing the payment method, except where explicitly permitted by local law with full disclosure.
  • Credential revocation on termination. Upon termination of your organisation's account, your stored payment credentials will be permanently deleted and all active payment integrations will cease.
